Im looking for an image to represent the commissioner when talking on my league message board. Im looking for a cartoon image of a man in a suit smoking a cigar. Id like the character to look as if he is angry or really serious. Ive tried google but I cant find something that I really like. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for looking.
